The new year is a particularly busy time for everyone, and Alpha Metalcraft Group is gearing up for two major trade shows in February.
AMG will be presenting its capabilities and products at the 11th Annual Electric VTOL Symposium from February 6-8 in Santa Clara, Calif. Later on in February, AMG will be exhibiting at the 2024 HAI Heli-Expo in Anaheim, Calif.
The VTOL Symposium will feature more than 100 speakers on important progress on vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft and technology. The meeting is hosted by the Vertical Flight Society, which is the world’s oldest and largest technical society dedicated to enhancing the understanding of vertical flight technology. The society includes industry leaders along with experts in academia and government who help tackle the challenges in vertical flight.
HAI brings together approximately 14,000 industry professionals and more than 600 exhibitors. The expo includes education courses, seminars, workshops and forums and exhibits are spread out across 1 million square feet. More than 50 aircraft are on display. Helicopter Association International hosts the expo.
AMG is well-known manufacturer of critical components for attendees at both expos. Using its unique capabilities in electroforming and deep drawing, AMG provides mission critical components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense and medical markets.
“We think it’s important for AMG to attend these events and showcase our capabilities,’’ said CEO Alec Searle. “Alpha Metalcraft has deep experience working with OEM and Tier 1 aerospace customers to meet their exacting specifications. The aerospace industry requires rigorous controls of materials and tolerances to assure quality, reliability and safety, and we meet those exacting specifications to provide highly precise and quality components.”
AMG will be traveling to two other shows in ’24. In July, the Farnborough International Air Show will be held in the United Kingdom. The show runs from July 22-26 and is one of the world’s largest. It is held every other year and was first held in 1948 and demonstrates civilian and military aircraft to potential customers and investors.
AMG will also be attending the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium in Dayton, Ohio from September 9-12.
