Multiphysics Electrodeposition Optimization
This tool allows us to model and simulate our metal deposition processes. We can modify and optimize our approach before we even begin, saving time & materials, while ensuring the best approach the first time around.
FEA Deep Drawing Analysis
The FEA, or Finite Element Analysis tool allows us to predict the results of a deep draw run before physically manufacturing hard tooling. This optimizes the way we approach our development and production and ensures we are as cost effective and efficient as possible.

DRC Conflict-Free
In accordance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Reform & Consumer Protection Act, we are proactively asserting that any/all materials purchased and employed in the fabrication of parts are and shall forever be DRC Conflict-free.
RoHS
RoHS and Title 49 CFR 172:101, Restriction on Hazardous Substances: We are proactively compliant and assure compliance in our supply chain to the RoHS specification.
Conflict Minerals
We do not currently use tungsten, tantalum, tin and gold in the fabrication of parts and, if occasion arose to use such materials, would assure the materials contained no metals derived from “Conflict Minerals” such that they directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups through mining or mineral trading in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or adjoining countries where human rights violations are alleged.
