Alpha Metalcraft Group is pleased to announce that Kris Mortimer has joined the Alpha Metalcraft team as General Manager of the GAR and CCI facilities. In this newly combined role, Kris will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both of Alpha Metalcraft Group’s Connecticut facilities.
Kris’ initial focus will be on GAR and in addition to driving operational business improvements; Kris will be kicking off a lean/continuous improvement journey – starting with Daily Management, 6S (cleanliness) and Quality Clinics.
Kris has held operational management roles of increasing responsibility over his career with the latest being Director of Operations for the Paradigm Precision Manchester site; a multi-million dollar revenue business which experienced dramatic business improvement over the last three years; largely due to Kris’ operational leadership.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University.
